The BCA deploys a fleet of three Toyota Hi-Ace mini buses - two fitted with wheelchair hoists - to provide affordable, door to door transport locally, and to Townsville, for medical and hospital appointments and to alleviate the perennial problem in remote communities of social isolation.

BCA Transport Services is conducted jointly by the Burdekin Centre for Rural Health and BCA Home Care Services.
