BCA Home Care Services assist the frail aged, younger people with a disability and their carers to become more independent at home and in the community, thereby enhancing their quality of life and preventing their inappropriate admission to long term residential care.

Under the Veterans Home Care Program, services offered to eligible veterans and war widows/widowers include: Personal Care, In-home Respite Care, Domestic Assistance and Home and Garden Maintenance.

Veterans and war widows/widowers will be asked to make a co-payment for most services. Eligibility, hours and types of service are determined by assessment.
